Lesson & Event Booking Refund Policy

Golf Fore Her lessons, clinics and events are limited-capacity bookings, so please read the following carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before your scheduled lesson or event are eligible for rescheduling or a credit to be used toward a future Golf Fore Her session.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or credit, unless otherwise outlined below.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered for golf lessons, clinics or events once a booking has been confirmed, as spots are reserved specifically for you.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies) at the discretion of Golf Fore Her. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Event Cancellations by Golf Fore Her

If a lesson, clinic or event is cancelled by Golf Fore Her (for example due to weather, instructor illness or minimum numbers not being met), you will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your booking to a future session.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior approval from Golf Fore Her. Please contact us before the session to arrange this.

Weather Policy

Golf is an outdoor sport and sessions will proceed in most weather conditions. In the case of unsafe conditions, Golf Fore Her will notify attendees as early as possible and offer a reschedule or credit.
